Fionna Hadden has been a GP in Bundaberg (Millbank Medical Practice) since 2017. Prior to moving here she worked for 8 years at Stanthorpe Hospital as a SMO/GP Anaesthetist after doing PGY1-4 at Rockhampton Hospital.

Fionna moved to Bundaberg as her husband was working in the ED. In her practice she promptly became a secondary supervisor with JCU GP and took on a teaching role with the UQ RCS. Fionna then became involved with the PHN in October 2018. She hoped that the GPLO Role would enable her to advocate on behalf of General Practice to the WBHHS with the longer term aim of reducing the fragmentation of secondary and tertiary, increase the provision of local services and improve patients’ outcomes and experiences.

Three years down track and she is still hopeful and really looks forward to meeting with you to hear your feedback and ideas!
