RACGP Advanced Video Call Training

This training session will build on the Essential Video Call training for GPs. It provides deeper knowledge about the Video Call platform and ways that it can be used to see patients. We will cover: Using Video Call tools in a call, inviting in third parties into a call (e.g. interpreter/family member), call quality settings, workflow design to suit your practice plus time for Q and A.

Learning outcomes:

1. Identify additional features and functions of the Video Call platform and explain their benefits.
2. Use more advanced features and functions in telehealth consultations in your practice.
3. Create workflow processes for video consultations.
4. Use more advanced or complex workflows with a patient.
5. Recognise when the advanced features can improve the experience in and effectiveness of a video consultation for the patient.
