We welcome applications for talented and experienced staff to join our team in a Medical Administration / Receptionist role.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Excellent communication skills, telephone and interpersonal
  • A professional approach to work
  • Flexible with working hours
  • Ability to learn new tasks
  • Good level of computer experience
  • Enjoy working within a team environment

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing our Doctors’ appointment schedule
  • Assist with the administration operations of the practice
  • Support other administration & clinical staff to meet and exceed patient care expectations.

Preferred Experience:

  • 1 year experience preferred
  • Working part of a team of dynamic Healthcare Professionals
  • Demonstrable experience with Best Practice, Medicare, WorkCover and DVA is highly desirable for the role.

Start Date and Pay:

  • Immediate start for right candidates
  • Wages will be commensurate to demonstrable experience.
  • Casual to Permanent available for suitable candidate
